Class Descriptions
Equipment Classes - Equipment Classes are groups of 3 or 4 lead by the instructor. You will utilize the Reformer, the Wunda Chair, the Cadillac, Barrels and other small apparatus. Sign-ups in advance are required by the instructor. Private sessions may be required before joining these classes.
Power Mat Pilates - Traditional Mat Pilates taught with all the props we can think to add. This class is designed for students Intermediate to Advanced.
Burn at the Barre - The latest in sculpting and toning at the Ballet Barre. These routines have been fine tuned to deliver the best results based on the best the Barre has to offer without the knee or low back issues. We use light weights to sculpt the arms, tough ab and glute work on the floor, and of course, Barre work with variations you have never seen or felt. Join us and change up your routine to keep your body changing in the right direction.
Kettlebell Class - Challenge yourself with this age old weight lifting technique. This class will give you everything you need. Cardio, strength training all taught with fundamental elements of proper lifting. Class will be limited to 6 students to insure you learn with proper form.
Beginning Kettlebell Class - Prerequisite to the Kettlebell Class designed to teach you all the basic fundamentals before you start with the heavier bells. All are welcome. Although a beginning class you will still be challenged. Class will be limited to 6 students to insure you learn with proper form.
